1. Data management; recording, maintain and updating all HR related documents and database
2. Conduct end to end recruitment from personnel request up until new employee onboarding
3. Maintain employee contract and in charge of employee’s contract agreement
4. Personnel administration
5. Provides employee counseling and sharing session
6. Assist and maintain data required for payroll
7. Maintain employees attendance record (employees on leave, sick, etc)
8. Ensures compliance along with the company regulation and procedures
9. Managing BPJS from employee registration until monthly contributions
10. In charge on company’s internal memo and announcement
11. In charge on employees working environment and needs
12. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
13. Develop training and development program
